Every applicant must have good credit established.

Our rents include one parking space. If you do not require parking, we will subtract $50.00 from your rent.
The security deposit will vary depending on your rent, parking and pet agreement.
Pet Policy
We allow a cat with an additional
$300.00 security deposit.
We allow a dog for an additional
$25.00 per month rent.
Please note that pets are only allowed with a pet contract and are subject to approval.
